When to Refer Your Patient to TRIO

- Couple has been trying to conceive for 6 months or more and assigned female at birth is 35 or older
- Known male factor infertility
- Known tubal factor infertility
- Family history of infertility
- Known genetic abnormalities
- History of prior fertility treatment
- Recurrent pregnancy loss
- Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, irregular menses
