TRIO North York Clinic
Our satellite clinic in North York provides comprehensive fertility services, including Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) and full Cycle Monitoring for IUI, IVF, and Frozen Embryo Transfers (FET). Patients benefit from on-site doctor and nurse appointments, blood tests, ultrasounds, sperm wash treatments, and naturopathic services from Conceive Health.
For procedures requiring specialized embryology, such as egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and ICSI, patients visit our state-of-the-art labs at 655 Bay Street. Typically, this involves just two visits per cycle, with all other monitoring conveniently conducted at our North York clinic.

Directions
- If travelling by car, head towards North York and use the major intersection of Yonge Street and York Mills Road. The building is located just south of the 401 and north of Wilson Avenue.
- For those using public transit, take the TTC subway to York Mills Station on Line 1 (Yonge-University). From there, it's a short walk north along Yonge Street to the destination. Several TTC bus routes also service the area, providing convenient access from different parts of the city.
- From there, it is a short walk on York Mills Rd to building #36. We are on the ground floor.
Parking
There is plenty of paid parking available in the building's lot. Parking is free for the first 40 minutes, after that time you will need a credit card to exit. The parking garage can be accessed off of York Mills Rd just east of Yonge St.
If the building's parking lot is full, there are several nearby public parking garages and lots. Additionally, street parking may be available, though please be mindful of local parking regulations and time limits.
If you have some extra time, nearby parks include York Mills Park, Earl Bales Park, and Gwendolen Park. These parks offer a relaxing environment and are great for a quick break or a leisurely walk.
